No Thoughts, Just Vibes

This is the official Discord server for r/nooverthinking, and the old "No More Overthinking" Reddit Group Chat. Here you will find peer/group based mental health support, a friendly community, an inclusive, welcoming moderation team from all walks of life, VC and Distraction as you need it. As a community we appreciate and respect that everyone is unique, with individual challenges in life that they are trying to overcome. Don't overthink it, just join in and see for yourself!
