Ruins Empire

**RUINS EMPIRE \x3C=> All we leave behind are ruins!**\n\nWe are a teamwork-first gaming community. What started local went international, and the way in has never changed: show up, pull your weight, and the rest follows. No application fee, no clout required, no minimum hours... just people who actually turn up for each other.\n\n**WHAT WE RUN**\n\n**Minecraft** \x3C=> four worlds, one empire. Nations for towns, treaties and diplomacy. Roleplay for story-driven play, with Guards, Merchants, Nobles and Courts. PvP for the competitive. Anarchy for everyone who wants no rules in-world at all. Java and Bedrock players sit side by side through cross-play, so Xbox and PC can build the same town. Java: mc.ruinsempire.com\n\n**Arma Reforger** \x3C=> two servers. Chill milsim runs scheduled operations with a real chain of command, briefings and a proper orbat. Conflict is open-slot combined arms: hop in, grab a vehicle, fight. Both have their own rank ladder.\n\n**Radio & TV** \x3C=> a live station with a member-built library, plus live channels and broadcasts. Our Signal department keeps the airwaves running, and if it is not on Signal, it did not happen.\n\n**More** \x3C=> GTA and whatever the community picks up next. Nothing here is fixed; servers get added because members asked for them.\n\n**HOW IT WORKS**\n\nOps and meetings run on a shared calendar, weekly. Rank is earned through activity, not seniority or donations. Turn up to ops, run events, help newcomers, and you move up... the ladder is public and so is everyone's place on it.\n\nEvery member can join a department and own a piece of the place:\n- **Uplink** = recruitment, onboarding, and the first face outsiders meet\n- **Signal** = radio, TV, news and the archive\n- **Matrix** = internal affairs, disputes, and community safety\n- **Pulse** = budgets, prizes and rewarding the people who show up\n\n**JOINING**\n\nThree steps. Drop into the Discord and lurk a session to see how we run. Send a short application... it goes to Uplink, who read every one. Then pick a server, pick a department, and start showing up.\n\nWe take conduct seriously. Matrix handles complaints confidentially and treats every report with respect, because a community only works if people feel safe in it.\n\nEverything... ranks, departments, the operations calendar, rules and live events \x3C=> lives at ruinsempire.com.\n\nBuild something that outlasts you.
